Jetski Junk’s TERMS and CONDITIONS
We will happily exchange items where sizing is involved as there is no standard universal size chart and this can be difficult to get exact in our descriptions. If you have recieved an item which is too small or big, please contact us so we can arrange the return of your item with a replacement alternative size.
Special order & electrical parts
We are unable to except returns of special order parts, electrical parts or pistons. Please choose your part carefully, we are happy to help varify correct parts at time of ordering. Electrical parts and engine parts should only be installed by an experienced PWC technician. We are also happy to advise someone who can help in your area (New Zealand wide).
There is no extra discount on special order parts.
Incorrect model details or part numbers
PWC parts can be extremely prone to exact year and model for the correct part – including some cases of part number changes within the one model year. If you have any concerns, please contact us for help in indentification. For special order parts, we will request verification of the part number by part chart or ask that you view the part charts to select the part you require. If you have any concerns over correct selection, please let us know so we can make sure we are ordering the right item. Special order parts are not returnable in most cases.
Damaged items during transit
Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with immediately and we’ll get back to you with further information.
Contact us prior to return for specific instructions – please provide your invoice number and name in the email communication. All approved returns are required to be returned to the JetskiJunk warehouse within 21 days from the original purchase. Returned items incur a 15% re-stocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return courier costs and tracked courier is recommended. JetskiJunk will not be responsible for items lost on return to us. Please include a copy of your original invoice and a brief note for the exchange/refund requested. Exchange items will be returned freight free.
Refunds will be made back to the original credit card/Paypal account, or if you paid be direct banking you will need to supply a bank number to make the refund. Refunds are generally processed by our staff once a week. We will notify you once the refund has been made. In the case of refunds to a credit card, the refund may take up to 3 working days to appear on your account.
We strongly advise where possible to use an experienced Jet Ski mechanic for all technical repairs involving engine operation. JetskiJunk will not be responsible for incorrect fitting or application of any parts which may cause engine damage or injury. We are happy to advise prior to purchase of any parts, someone in your area of New Zealand who may be able to oversee your project. We have a growing database of trade customers all over New Zealand whom we assist with repairs to their customers PWCs.
Our website contains numerous trademarks which can belong both to our company and third party companies. Using the logos, icons and service names is prohibited in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among our customers, and will be considered a violation of copyright law.

We hope to offer an overnight service, however once your order is with our courier, it is up to the courier company and is out of our hands. Please expect that your parcel could take up 1-2 working days till you receive it. This excludes a RURAL address which you could expect to wait and extra 2 days.
Orders received before 3pm on a business day will be on the courier for overnight delivery.
If you order over the phone/email, we will not allow free shipping and handling, as this is more work for us to manually place orders.
If you need to special order in a part then we will not allow free shipping and handling.
Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like a Saturday delivery. There is an extra $10 charge.
Rural delivery is expensive, so we and the courier company need to know if your address is Rural/Non urban. Please note that a Rural address can take an extra 2 days on top of standard delivery time.
If you place an order over the phone or email and your address is Rural/Non urban you will be charged Rural delivery amount, which will be calculated upon order confirmation, free freight will not be applied.
